THEORY OF CHANGE

If we cultivate spaces of deep belonging, creativity, and healing for Black, Indigenous, and leaders of color,
and equip them with the tools, coaching, resources, and community to reimagine education, culture, and systems,
then they will design, pilot, and sustain liberatory models, cultural narratives, and organizational practices,
so that communities most impacted by oppression can lead the way in shaping a just, joyful, and liberated future,
because the wisdom, imagination, and resilience needed to transform systems already lives within our people and our stories.
